THE FULFILMENT PROCESS
These are the steps we take to ensure we provide you with a perfect order fulfilment – every time!
STEP 1 - ONBOARDING
First we’ll work out your businesses needs in terms of packaging, storage and shipping requirements. Your dedicated account manager will ensure that you’re ready to join us – this will include ensuring all your products are barcoded and appropriately packaged. Your account manager will be assigned to you and handle all your training and support!
STEP 2 - RECIEVING GOODS
We will accept all your stock – from you, a previous 3PL and even your suppliers. Your stock will be checked, counted and barcode verified.
Each SKU will be assigned it’s own location within our safe and secure warehouse.
Nothing can leave our facility unless it has been fully checked – for quality and for accuracy!
STEP 3 - THE SOFTWARE
Our software – OMS, is both powerful and simple to use. It brings all your orders and consignments into one visual dashboard.
Check your stock, orders and tracking infomation – from any device anywhere in the world. Set stock level alerts and push tracking numbers directly onto the customer.
STEP 4 - PICKING AND PACKING
Once we have recieved your order – we will go ahead and retrieve all the items required – scanning their barcodes to ensure a 100% pick accuracy.
We will then package it in the most appropriate way – to your specification.
Based on the orders size, weight and value we will then calculate the best shipping method for it – before it is then sent to the customer!
STEP 5 - RETURNS AND STOCK REPLENISHMENT
Returns happen sometimes – we understand that. We can generate a returns label with a preferential rate that your customers can use to send their package back to us.
We will then unpack, check and return the unused items back into stock – or discard them if they fail a certain criteria.
STEP 6 - INVOICING
All of our billing is calculated automatically on a per-order basis by OMS. We then check this figures before passing them onto the client.
Each order is broken down by each individual cost – so there is full traceability in our invoices!
